Company Founder and Broker, Ray Comparetta has over 30 years experience in real estate sales and development, construction engineering, and business analysis. He has over $150 million in real estate development projects and sales, and has personally managed the construction of several luxury homes, commercial and civil projects including, office complexes, distribution centers, factories, bridges and highways.

He has also conducted hundreds of construction defect inspections, testified as an expert witness, and provided alternative dispute resolution on residential and commercial projects.
